The ILS is expected to be delivered within six months.The state also moved forward with its agro-economic expansion plans by approving the first tranche of a €2 million deal for the construction of the Ijaiye International Agro-Food Market in partnership with the African Development Bank and French firm Semmaris.As part of efforts to tackle urban congestion, Oyo is launching a New Towns and Cities Development Authority with a ₦130 million take-off grant.
