Ajoku at the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt on Thursday, June 19, 2025, Nathan and his company, Global Horizons Academy Ltd, are facing a one-count charge bordering on obtaining by false pretence and advance fee fraud.The EFCC alleges that Nathan deceived the Managing Director of Riskout Consults and clients seeking opportunities in Canada, Ireland, and the U.S., but failed to deliver after collecting millions.
