UMUYE IHECHIOWA, ABIA STATE – After 24 years of being overlooked by government presence, the remote community of Umuye Ihechiowa has witnessed a beacon of hope as Hon. Ibe has commenced the drilling and installation of an all-in-one solar-powered borehole.
