E-MONEY REGAINS FREEDOM AFTER EFCC ARREST OVER NAIRA MUTILATION

Popular Nigerian businessman and socialite, Emeka Okonkwo, widely known as E-Money, has been released by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) following his arrest over alleged naira mutilation.

E-Money was taken into custody on Monday after a viral video showed him stepping on naira notes while spraying UK pounds during the lavish 50th birthday celebration of nightlife mogul, Obi Cubana.

Confirming his release, celebrity barman and close associate, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, took to his official Instagram handle with a celebratory post:

“@iam_emoney1 My brother don Fall Out, To God Be The Glory, @officialefcc CP Loves You No Diddy. Eagles Bu Make Anyi Ndi Ofufe For Life.”

E-Money, in response to the post, expressed gratitude and affection, commenting: “CHIEF PRIEST ♥️♥️ I LOVE YOU BRO♥️”

The EFCC has yet to issue an official statement regarding the outcome of the investigation, but E-Money\'s release has sparked a wave of reactions on social media, with fans and followers expressing relief and support.
