Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Tuesday afternoon received a delegation of youth leaders from across the North, including the Coalition of 19 Northern States Students led by Comrade Sani Danmasani, and the National Association of Kano State Students, led by its President, Ishaku Ali Kanwa.
The meeting, which took place in Abuja, provided a platform for a candid dialogue on the current state of the nation, with particular focus on education and youth development. Atiku, a long-standing advocate for educational reform and youth empowerment, expressed delight at the passion and patriotism demonstrated by the visiting youth leaders.
\"I am truly elated by your commitment to building a better Nigeria. Your enthusiasm assures me that the future of this nation is in good hands,\" Atiku said during the engagement.
He also commended the students for recognizing his efforts in nation-building and his continued investment in the country’s education sector. He encouraged them to remain steadfast and not be discouraged by current national challenges.
“I will continue to partner with well-meaning Nigerians to usher in a leadership that prioritizes the welfare of citizens and guarantees a brighter future for all,” he assured.
The visiting youths expressed appreciation for Atiku’s unwavering commitment to issues affecting young Nigerians and reiterated their desire to be active participants in shaping a progressive nation.
