U.S. President Donald Trump has finalized the arrangement on U.S. $175-billion Golden Dome missile defence shield project. This is coming forth night as he selected a design and appoints a Space Force general to head the ambitious program aimed at blocking threats from China and Russia.
The project has significant offensive implications that increase the risks of outer space militarisation and an arms race.

Reacting to the development the Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said on Wednesday. that the project carries \"strong offensive implications\" and heightens the risks of the militarisation of outer space and arms race.
