Residents of Choba, Aluu, Rumuosi, and surrounding areas are currently experiencing a power outage following an explosion that damaged a breaker at the Rumuosi Transmission Station. 

The Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Plc (PHED) confirmed the incident, which affected the UPTH 33KV feeder, and assured that technical teams are working round the clock to restore supply.
