A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a suit filed by Itsekiri stakeholders challenging INEC’s ward delineation in Warri, describing it as an abuse of court process. 

The court also awarded ₦4 million in costs against the plaintiffs, with interest, in a ruling that reinforces INEC’s authority over electoral boundary matters.
