The Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture joined Nollywood legend Adebayo Salami, popularly known as Oga Bello, to celebrate his 60 illustrious years on stage and the premiere of his new movie Her Excellency.

Speaking at the event in Lekki, Special Adviser to the Governor on Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mr. Idris Aregbe, hailed Oga Bello as a pillar of Nollywood, praising his mentorship and lasting contributions to Nigeria’s creative industry.

 “His existence is an impact in itself… His dedication to our creative economy is a legacy that continues to inspire us all,” Aregbe said on behalf of the Lagos State Government.
