In a historic celebration of youth innovation and regional excellence, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) officially recognized the champions of STEM Festival 2024 in a grand Award Ceremony at the NDDC Headquarters, Port Harcourt. The event, held on May 21, 2025, spotlighted the transformative power of STEM across Nigeria\'s South-South region and reaffirmed the NDDC\'s deep commitment to supporting innovation.

At the forefront of this revolutionary movement is STEM Professionals Ltd, an award-winning and globally accredited STEM Development Company based in the Niger Delta. In partnership with the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Rivers State, STEM Professionals is catalyzing a continental shift in STEM education and application through the STEM Festival Global Initiative.

In 2024, winners in the Robotics & Al Senior Category earned scholarships to study Cybersecurity in the United States, where they are now excelling and leading their class, as reported by the university.

Many others represented Nigeria, the South-South, and the Niger Delta at the World Robot Olympiad 2024 in Turkey. In 2025, the region will be brilliantly represented again -this time in Singapore.

At the award ceremony, Mr. Patrick Ekade, Director of Administration and Human Resources, speaking on behalf of the MD/CEO Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, praised the champions\' creativity, courage, and global promise.
