The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has intensified its anti-corruption sensitization campaign, encouraging Nigerians to report individuals involved in economic and financial crimes — even if they are close family members or loved ones.

In a striking poetic visual shared via its #TheEagleSeries138 on EFCC Radio 97.3FM, the agency tells the story of a fictional woman named Rose who chose to report her fiancé, a suspected fraudster, to the EFCC before the situation worsened. The message ends with a firm call to action: “Don’t be a partaker! Be like Rose.”

Accompanying the graphic, the EFCC issued a bold statement:

“Blow that whistle even if it is your father, mother, brother, sister, lover or extended family members found culpable of economic and financial crimes... A substantial reward awaits you 👌.”
